As the most walk-able and fastest growing neighborhood in Miami, Downtown Miami is a very popular spot for many residents and is located right next to Brickell. It includes the commercial center of South Florida with many company headquarters, shops, parks, museums, offices, banks, entertainment, and more. Locals often refer to the Downtown Miami area as the Central Business District.

Biscayne Boulevard may be the most popular street providing plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Bayfront Park is found along the boulevard and provides a home for many concerts and festivals throughout the year. The Bayside Marketplace is also found nearby. While it may be a bit more touristy, it’s still very popular with downtown residents.
