Luxury Townhomes Coming to Park Ave in Winter Park

There are “ultra” luxury townhomes coming to Park Ave, thanks to Gregg Hill, CEO of Oviedo-based real estate investment and development firm Hill Gray Seven LLC. Hill bought the site of two old multi-family communities on Park Avenue in Winter Park and expects to break ground this summer on the new townhouse complex.

The new multimillion-dollar redevelopment, dubbed Park Hill, will be on the southwest corner of N Park Ave and Whipple Ave. The luxury townhomes coming to Park Ave are planned to include 10 three- and four-bedroom  that are 4,200 square feet. The units will be in three-story buildings with two-car garages, elevators, and private entrances and terraces. Each unit will also have its very own Park Avenue address.

Price ranges for the units have yet to be released, but these ultra luxury townhomes coming to Park Ave are anticipated to be the highest end townhouses that have ever been done in Central Florida. Hill Gray Seven bouth the two parcels totaling about 1 acre for $5.1 million.

The townhomes are planned with luxury touches that you can typically find in huge, gated communities in enclaves, but will be right in the heart of Winter Park.

“Plus, you can walk across the street and go to some of the best restaurants in Winter Park. You’ll have a Park Avenue address. An association will handle all your external maintenance. And, there are plenty of bedrooms so your family can visit, too,” said Hill.

Some other features to be included in the new luxury townhomes coming to Park Ave are:

  • Handmade cabinets
  • High-end granite
  • Cast stone
  • Concrete block construction through the upper stories
  • Spray foam insulation

Sales haven’t launched yet for the new luxury townhomes coming to Park Ave in Winter Park, but the company has already had requests from potential buyers for reservations. Prices will likely start at more than $3 million, changing the whole price comparable landscape in the area.
