Disney’s Golden Oak Community Adds Four Seasons-Inspired Homes

Now there’s even more options for living in the lap of luxury in Central Florida. Walt Disney’s Golden Oak luxury resort-residential community began sales this week for the new Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando.

The new single-family custom homes are the most recent phase of development in Disney’s Golden Oak community. Prices start at $5 million, and construction is anticipated to begin later this summer.

New home construction not only creates more temporary jobs, but also adds more inventory to Central Florida’s housing market. Golden Oak’s Four Seasons homes will definitely attract high-end buyers.

Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando will include three types of one-half acre home sites with homes ranging from 6,000-10,000 square feet. The homes in Disney’s Golden Oak will feature three European-inspired architectural styles, including Venetian, Italianate and Spanish Revival. The three collections of homes include:

  • The Edgewood collection features four European-style homes along a wooded preserve.
  • Starview will boast six grand residences on privacy-situated homesites with terraced backyards and options of golf course views, water views or the natural Florida surroundings.
  • Gardenside, will feature lush landscapes.

The residences will offer private entry to Four Seasons Resort Orlando and will feel like an extension of the resort. Other amenities of the new homes include:

  • Personalized service delivered by Four Seasons
  • Access to the Four Seasons Resort’s a full-service spa, five pool areas, tennis courts and six onsite restaurants.
  • In-home a la carte services such as spa treatments, residential cleaning and in residence dining and catering for parties.
