Delaney Park’s prime location – just south east of Downtown Orlando – makes for a short work commute. Orange Avenue, a major Orlando road, is easily accessible from Delaney Park and runs straight through the downtown area.
This area of Orlando is dominant in the Medical industry, and there are often opportunities for work at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. As the area south of Downtown Orlando grows (commonly referred to as SoDo) there are new job opportunities every day. Delaney Park conveniently borders the Sodo Shopping Center, where a perfect blend of office and retail spaces have sprouted. Over the weekend, Delaney Park residents will likely be found in one of Delaney Park’s many sports facilities.
