When looking for the ultimate in luxury and a Floridian lifestyle, Isleworth is the perfect community in Windermere — but it comes with a hefty price tag. The Windermere homes for sale boast multimillion-dollar prices, ranging from $1.8 million to over $15 million. This community sits on the championship Arnold Palmer-designed golf course and members enjoy amenities like world-class golf, tennis, and an 89,000 square foot clubhouse.

The Berkshire Park community, with large ponds, plenty of walking paths, and a community pool provides many amenities, along with modern homes. Prices range from $250K to more than $400K and the community is home to about 190 homes.

The big draw for the Glenmuir community is the large park with a soccer field and pavilion. Homes found throughout the area were built between 2001 and 2003. They range in price from $325K to more than $500K and provide between 2,000 and 3,600 square feet of living space.

A master-planned guard-gated community with plenty of luxurious Windermere homes for sale, Keene’s Point is a very prestigious area. The community also includes The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, along with homes found on Lake Tibet. Homes range in size from about 2,000 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet. Building started in 1999 and some new construction homes are still being built in Keene’s Point. The price range goes from about $450K to more than $7 million.

A master-planned community on Lake Sawyer, Lakes of Windermere features a community clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a fishing pier. The homes range in price from about $250K up to more than $1.25 million. About 590 homes and lots are found here and the homes were built between 2002 and 2006.

A community with about 217 homes, Providence is found on Little Lake Sawyer. Some of the homes are found right on the water. Many of the homes were built between 2002 and 2005 with some fill in homes still being constructed. The prices range from about $275K to more than $1 million. The community features a playground, community pool, and water access.

A larger residential community with about 1,100 homes, Summerport provides waterfront homes on Lake Speer. The homes range in price from $200K to more than $750K and range in size from 1,200 to 4,500 square feet.

A guard-gated luxury community, the Reserve at Lake Butler Sound features many waterfront homes on Lake Butler. A total of 208 homes are found here ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Prices start at $800K and go up over $7.5 million. The homes were built between 2002 and 2009 with many providing lake access.

A gated, luxury community with many waterfront homes, the Reserve at Belmere is found on Lake Whitney. The homes found here range in size from 2,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet. They start at about $305K and go up over $1 million. There are about 360 homes found here and they were built between 2001 and 2006.

A guard-gated luxury community in Windermere, Bellaria provides classic estates with plenty of privacy. The homes range in size from 5,000 to 7,500 square feet in size. About 64 homes are found here and range in price from $900K to more than $2.5 million.
