This Orlando neighborhood is renowned as the #2 neighborhood for Millennials in the area, second to only Downtown Orlando. This fact is due in part to the proximal location but is also affected by the eclectic feel the neighborhood boasts. It’s a very bike-friendly neighborhood, which the Orlando Urban Trail running right through the area. It takes only about 15 minutes to bike from Park Lake/Highland to Downtown Orlando.
