Lawsona/Fern Creek

The Lawsona/Fern Creek area is known as the historic district of Orlando. It’s close to shopping and dining with homes dating back to the early 1910s. The area was developed from 1911 through the 1950s. It’s nearly all residential, except for the Thornton Park Shopping District.

Homes found throughout the area come in a variety of styles including Tudor, Craftsman, Colonial Revival, Mediterranean, Mission, and Minimal Traditional. The average listing price is about $535K.
