Rudy De Souza Is Committed To Success And Strives To Deliver Unparalleled Services To All

Rudy De Souza is a native of Brazil who’s not afraid of working hard. While earning his bachelor’s in law from UNIC – University of Cuiaba, he worked for the Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School and Yázigi. He was also an active member of many organizations such as World Learning, Toastmasters and Rotary International; where he helped to place and tutor a great number of foreign students with miscellaneous interests in the Brazilian culture.

Rudy has since then made the United States his permanent home and started his American professional career at Gaylord Entertainment. In the nearly 10 years he was with the company he learned the highest standards of customer service, was honored with their prestigious Gaylord Palms Award for Excellence and was part of the world-renowned Ice! Exhibit, Production Services and Exhibit Hall Trade Show management teams.

He left the convention world for an opportunity to work for the Armani corporation as an associate and sales manager. He focused primarily on how employees should interact with customers and the importance of being present. Just a few months after joining the company his team had record sales, great revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.

De Souza now applies all of his knowledge and expertise to Real Estate. He is committed to success and strives to deliver unparalleled services to all. He knows that many companies and agents only focus on sales and revenue, so he focuses primarily on the relationship with his customers; by understanding their uniqueness, what really matters to them and their level of comfort with the process he is able to deliver on their expectations and create long, lasting relationships that go beyond business. Rudy De Souza was the individual that assisted us under Jon Shehan’s brokerage. He was amazing. It was our first time purchasing, and Rudy was fast and attentive to every one of our needs. He walked us through the whole process. We has some issues with the lender and the sellers but Rudy was there to get everything situated. He uses a great system to locate potential homes and was able to help us finish the whole process from finding a home and closing all in a very short period of time.
