5 Stars – Outstanding Experience with Metro City Realty! We had an excellent experience working with Metro City Realty in purchasing our condo in downtown Orlando. From the very beginning, the level of service was exceptional. Jon answered my call at an unusual hour, took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, and made sure he understood our needs and priorities. He then connected us with Bea, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Bea did an outstanding job showing us a variety of condos, helping us understand the different buildings, layouts, amenities, and options available in downtown Orlando. Rather than simply trying to sell us a property, she helped us develop a much better perspective on what we truly wanted. She guided us through an initial purchase that ultimately did not close, but never missed a beat. She stayed engaged, remained positive, and continued working with us until we found the right property. We ultimately closed on a condo that we are extremely happy with, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. What really stood out was the follow-through, responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. From our first conversation with Jon through closing and beyond, the service was 100%. I would highly recommend Metro City Realty, and especially Jon and Bea, to anyone looking to purchase real estate in downtown Orlando. They genuinely care about getting their clients into the right property, not just closing a transaction. A truly first-class experience from start to finish!

Beatrice Miranda responded to my initial inquiry immediately. I was impressed with her location and market knowledge which was further validated by my trusted friend who knew her personally. At each stage, she offered the option to lead the decision-making; however, when directed to utilize her specialized expertise, her professional guidance resulted in an accurately priced property and a successful cash offer in under 90 days.

Had an amazing experience renting with Jen and David. They were very responsive to any issues that arose and always made sure everything was taken care of promptly. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire rental process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

Loved renting with Metro city!!! Jenn has been amazing to work with! If we had an issue in our townhome, they were quick to get things fixed.

Amazing service! Very responsive and resolves any issues we have very quickly!

Great company! Went above and beyond to get me into my first home. Very pleased!

Five stars all the way! When I purchased an investment property in Apopka, I inquired with local agents as to who I should ask to manage the property for me (I live in California). I was steered to Metro City by more than one agent. Just exceptional service and professionalism!!! No need to look any further!

Excellent team. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and kept me informed with new listings daily. Could not have asked for a better Realtor to help me through the process.

I had a great experience selling my condo with this company. They exceeded all expectations, proving to be spot on with their asking price to get me a good return on my investment while also generating enough interest to close the deal right away. They handled everything fast and professionally and did what it took to take care of business. They responded to my questions and updated information fast. I would work with them again and I recommend them.
